Calibration and Certification Options
Instrument Repair and Calibration, Inc. offers three calibration options. These options allow you to choose the calibration service and data requirements that are suitable for your quality program, thus saving you money if data is not required.
Verification
Your instrument is calibrated with N.I.S.T. traceable standards and we verify that it meets the manufacturers specifications. If your instrument meets the manufacturers specifications, we apply a calibration label with the date of calibration and provide you with a certificate of conformance.
Calibration and N.I.S.T. Traceable Certification without Data
Your instrument is calibrated with N.I.S.T. traceable standards to the manufacturer's specifications and in full compliance with ANZI Z540-1. If your instrument meets the manufacturer's specifications and complies with ANZI Z540-1, we apply a calibration label and provide you with a N.I.S.T. traceable certificate.
If your instrument does not meet the manufacturer's specification, and/or can not be adjusted to meet tha manufacturer's specification, we apply a reject label on your instrument and provide you with a failed calibration report, which includes a before and after reading.
Calibration and N.I.S.T. Traceable Certification with Data (Before/After Data)
Your instrument is calibrated with N.I.S.T. traceable standards to the manufacturer's specifications and in full compliance of ANZI Z540-1. If your instrument meets the manufacturer's specifications and complies with ANZI Z540-1, we apply a calibration label, and provide you with a N.I.S.T. traceable certificate and data report. The data report includes before and after readings and tolerances.
If your instrument does not meet the manufacturer's specification and/or can not be adjusted to meet the manufacturer's specification, we apply a reject label on our instrument and provide you with a failed calibration report. This does not include before and after reading and tolerances.
On-Site Calibration Service
Instrument Repair & Calibration, Inc. offers the convenience of on-site calibration services. We have a fully equiped Mobile Calibration Laboratory and a team of calibration professionals that will travel to your site and preform multi-disciplined calibration services. This service minimizes downtime, eliminates possible transport damage, and saves you money. Our on-site calibration team can be scheduled at your convenience, and our service coordinator handles the entire on-site calibration service process.
